Project Summary:
The scope of work comprised the demolition of an existing fly-over, construction of a twin, single span, grade separation interchange, loops and slip roads, three lane roads connecting the bridge to the existing highway in both directions and all related relocation and development services works.
The proposed bridge structure consists of reinforced concrete post tensioned box girder superstructure and integral abutments. The bridge approaches and loop slopes are made of proprietary reinforced fill retaining wall system.
