Project Summary:
The Project comprises of the redevelopment of the Al-Majaz Park by realigning the existing Corniche Road to pass through the Al-Majaz Park in Sharjah including the design and relocation of its existing services along the new realigned Corniche Road. Additionally, a new proposed service road will be constructed inside Al-Majaz Park including parking linked to the realigned Corniche Road with proposed structures.
The major scope of work is listed below:
Demolition of the existing kerbs, interlock pavings, bituminous surface and fence (wall)
Dismantling and removing the existing gantry signs, road sign boards etc.
Removal of all the existing Storm Water Drainage System and Installation of a New System
Removal of the existing Street Lighting System
Removal of the existing Water Network and Installation of a New Network
Removal of the existing Gas Network and Installation of a New Network
Installation of Ducts for Sewerage and Irrigation Network
Protection of the existing Utility Services
Providing trenches and other accessories for HV and LV cable installation
Construction of a new bituminous surface
Road Marking
