• Interface with existing roads, existing completed services by other contractor.
• Internal road Network and parking areas
• Hard scape works
• Civil Works for MV/LV Network
• Street Lighting including feeder pillars and associated facilities
• Sanitary sewer Network and associated facilities
• Storm drainage Network
• Potable water Network
• Telecom Network
• Irrigation and Fire Fighting Network
